    Payment - deposit & balance

    We ask for a £50 per unit per week non-refundable deposit when booking your holiday.

    The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
    Payments maybe made by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal - whichever is best for you.

    Clean and Tidy

    We take the cleaning of your accommodation very seriously - we endeavour to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is clean and tidy for you on your holiday. Please help us by reporting any breakages or damages and by leaving your accommodation in a reasonable condition.

    Arrival & Departure

    We would appreciate a call to advise us of your estimated time of arrival so we can be ready to give you a warm welcome to Lincombe House and your accommodation.

    Please arrive after 3pm on your day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, please call us a few days in advance. It may be possible for us to reorganize the preparation of your accommodation in order to permit you to arrive an hour or two earlier.

    Please depart before 10am on your day of departure.
    Changeover days are always hectic because of the time we need to prepare the accommodation for our following guests particularly in high season.

    Holiday Insurance

    Previous guests have thought it a good idea to have some type of holiday cover or similar when away from home. Apparently many household policies include some form of holiday cover so it's possible that you are already covered for things like accidents, cancellation etc. If in doubt we suggest checking with your insurance company or broker.
