One allocated parking space for each accommodation. There is on road parking outside the property.

Devon is one of the top performers in the country. We put out the recycling on Sunday evening for early Monday morning collection.

We love and welcome one well behaved dog per accommodation. Dog bins are provided - please use them! Most places in North Devon are dog friendly.

Please let us know if you have any damages or breakages so that we can repair or replace the item for our next guests.

We are on a septic tank so please do not throw anything, other than natural waste, into the toilet. We don't want blockages!!

Please do not smoke within the Lincombe House buildings. Smoking is permitted in the grounds. Please dispose of the ends responsibly.

We are more than happy to receive your grocery delivery prior to your arrival - we could even put them away for you!

We have newspapers delivered every day so please let us know your requirements.

Sorry we are not able to accommodate stag or hen parties.

Films and movies available on DVD or VHS. Small nominal charge of 50p per rental.

Washing machine and sink with hot and cold water is available in the ante-room in The Barn Games Room. Rotary airer and pegs outside.

Outside games - Badminton, croquet, frizzbie, cricket bat, tennis rackets, football, boules, swing ball are in The Barn Games Room. Also fishing nets, sandcastle buckets & spades etc

Please arrive after 3pm on your day of arrival

Please depart before 10am on your day of departure.
