    Short breaks may be booked if there is late availability.

    Please enquire - we should be delighted to accommodate you if possible.

    Duvets and pillows are provided; duvet covers, lower sheets and pillowcases can be provided at £8.00 per bed per week.


    Similarly, a bath and a hand towel can be provided at £5.00 per person per week. A cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request at no extra charge, Please bring your own cot bedding.


    A nominal charge of £10.00 is made for each pet per week.

    For Stable Cottage our weekly terms are from 3.00 p.m. Saturday to 9.30 a.m. the following Saturday.
    For Hillymouth and Whitestone our weekly terms are from 3.00 p.m. Friday to 9.30 a.m. the following Friday.

    (We try and be as flexible as possible to make life as easy for you as possible)
    We request that you vacate by 9.30 a.m. promptly on the day of departure to enable us to prepare for incoming guests. Times of arrival and departure for short breaks can be arranged by mutual convenience

    A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required when you make your booking. Accounts for accommodation, linen, towels and pets should be settled 6 weeks in advance.

    Booking Policy

    Please note that when making a reservation a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week will be made to reserve your accommodation


    Cancellation less than 6 weeks may result in the full length of stay being charged unless a subsequent booking can be secured by either party.

    To avoid out of pocket expenses we recommend travel insurance is taken out.


    Richenda is on hand to provide a complete service for our guests. We can assist you with wireless broadband access, ordering your newspapers & groceries, and advising on or organising your trips - please do just ask.


    Also available for guests is full use of the gardens, local craft on display and a games room with table tennis, darts, pool, table football, jigsaws..


    Well-behaved dogs are very welcome (a small additional charge applies). Lincombe House has its own friendly resident dog - Jake (Polish Lowland Sheepdog).


    We do request that dogs are not left unattended or allowed on to furniture or beds.


    Please clear up after your dog, disposing of the bag in the bin provided in the back garden.


    Lincombe House itself is smoke-free although guests may smoke in the garden

    Please dispose of your cigarette end thoughtfully.


    We understand that accidents happen! All we ask is that you let us know so that we can replace, if necessary, the damaged item for you and for the following guests.


    Please recycle your plastic milk containers, tin cans, bottles, paper, cardboard, beer cans, jars etc in the containers provided in the wood shed.
